### HTML element constructors

Do not create keys for HTML element constructors. In IDL, you can recognize them using the [`[HTMLConstructor]`](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/dom.html#html-element-constructors) extended attribute.

This guideline was proposed in [#30349](https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/pull/30349/).

## DOM events (`eventname_event`)

Add DOM events as features of their target interfaces, using the name _eventname_\_event with the description text set to `` `eventname` event ``. If an event can be sent to multiple interfaces, add the event as a feature of each interface that can receive it.
