Feature request: casette motor relay sound

The casette motor relay makes a very obvious "click" sound on real hardware. It would be lovely to model this with a "click" sound when the relay is on, and another when it's off. We could record the audio of the click from my bbc master, but a placeholder would be fine to start with.
