Bug: Long URL property expands card dialog width on hover

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open a card
2. Add and set a URL property with a long URL
3. Hover over the URL
4. The dialog width expands

Expected behavior

The dialog width should remain constant.

• Edition: Mattermost plugin
• Version: v0.15 RC1
• Browser and OS: Safari and Chrome on Mac

Additional context

Does not repro on v0.14. Also, the card dialog width (when there isn't a long property) appears to be narrower than it used to be.
