Podfile is mentioned in readme after migration to Swift Package Manager

#66 introduces support for the Swift Package Manager, however, the readme still mentions updates to the podfile in its “Getting started” section.

I suppose it should be mentioned that these instructions are no longer necessary if the Swift Package Manager is enabled, alongside instructions on how to do so.
