As of python 3.11, enum module doesn't have a '_decompose' attribute. Forcing python 3.10 on install will fix the problems.

This is not a suitable long-term fix. Certipy needs to be compatible with Python 3.11. There is already an attempt in #129.

#129 is a work in progress from what I saw.
Right now the tool doesn't support Python 3.11, declaring it needs Python 3.10 is just a courtesy to make sure it works out of the box. :)

Think this is obsolete now since #129 has been merged.
