@millnut This shouldn't be necessary when localgovdrupal/localgov_paragraphs#222 is merged and released.

Like localgovdrupal/localgov#796, I have created 3.2.x and release-3.2.x branches that we should use until we're ready for a Drupal 11 stable release.

These will allow us to make 3.2.0-alpha/beta/RC releases with D11 support. When we're ready to make a stable 3.2.0 release we can merge 3.2.x into 3.x and delete it.

D11 does require 10.6; D10 should work 10.3.7+ so should be good with 10.6 --- NB that's just the review of the additonal change.
