Header Block caching #290
Description
Test adds checks lede shows in the first place and confirms it works when the field is removed.
However it needs the cache clear, so I'll create a follow-up issue about the caching of the block (guessing it wants cache metadata, rather than just cache tags).

The header block isn't reacting to all changes to the content in it. Above in guides adds the lede from the body of the overview node. It adds the cachetags of that overview node, but removing the body field does not remove the content from the block until caches are cleared.
