P1 Badge Update the owned xAI transport contract

Changing this provider compatibility version alters the outbound xAI transport contract, but the commit leaves every mapped structure/ document untouched, including the header-parity section in structure/providers/xai-grok.md. Update the owned contract with the new 1.0.46 profile and its compatibility evidence so the architecture documentation remains synchronized with the runtime change.
