Use message boxes on failure in the examples?

Currently the examples just write to the console if anything goes wrong during initialisation - this isn't guaranteed to be visible on platforms like the 3DS, where examples that fail to start (currently just camera-read-and-draw) will just quit without explanation.

I think we had that and there was some reason we removed it...@slouken, do you remember why?

I think there were questions about the use of ShowMessageBox on video init failure?

Yeah, probably, but now we're having that problem anyhow. :)

Maybe we should use SDL_Log for SDL_Init failures, and ShowMessageBox for the rest?

Yeah that's probably a good idea.
