Update website manpage

It appears the manpage on the website for minimap2 is not up to date with the manpage shipped with minimap2? In particular, I noticed this option is missing on the website.

I believe this was also mentioned in #1122.

I can't speak for others, but I find the website manpage more convenient to use. Especially so given I normally work with the conda install of minimap2 which obviously doesn't provide manpages
