Ensure visual consistency of metadata tags

Current behavior

On Studio, the metadata category labels are not prominent enough (as plain text) to be noticeably added when doing bulk editing. It can be hard to tell at a glance if the label has been successfully applied due to the styles.

Desired behavior

The labels should be more prominent and styled like a "tag" - perhaps with a background, icon, or color, to make them distinct and apparent.

Value add

Easier to see at a glance what category metadata has already been applied, and have a "feedback loop" of bulk editing work that is a stronger visual confirmation.
