The installed-app symptom has not been reproduced. A disposable, ad-hoc-signed capture app also triggered permission requests during documentation work. That observation does not establish the cause of the recurring installed-app symptom.
Investigate which permission check, process, and app identity produce the repeated prompt. Distinguish missing access from an incorrect permission-status check or changed signing identity. Fix confirmed repeated prompts and preserve legitimate permission requests.
