Enhancement: Remember Sidebar State Across Navigation

Description:
When navigating between Deployed Workloads, WDS, or WECS, the left sidebar automatically opens every time even if the user had previously collapsed it.
This constant reopening interrupts the workflow and feels irritating.

Expected Behavior:
The sidebar should remember its last state (expanded/collapsed) across navigations or page reloads.
