This PR completes the Training page migration to the Docsy SCSS pipeline for all locales.
Locale policy note
We usually do one PR per locale for translation/content updates.
This is a structural CSS/template migration shared by all locales, so shipping together avoids duplicate churn and keeps behavior consistent in one atomic change.
