• v1.27 release Bug triage team members / leaves only v1.28 Bug Triage Lead from/in the milestone-maintainers list.
• v1.27 release Bug triage team members / adds new v1.28 Bug triage team members (@valaparthvi, @hailkomputer, @moficodes and @zelenushechka) from/to RT & RT Bug Triage lists.
