Add
kubara github-actionto create.github/workflows/kubara-generate.yml. Preserve existing workflows unless--overwriteis set.The workflow generates artifacts, commits changes with
GITHUB_TOKEN, and updates a PR comment with the output. No additional scripts or App credentials required.Renovate can update the Kubara version through an annotation and
customManagers:githubActionsVersions, now included in configurations generated bykubara init. The workflow downloads and verifies the matching release checksum.Change type

Go build,
go test ./cmd/..., actionlint, pre-commit, docs build, manual create/preserve/overwrite checks, Renovate extraction, and release checksum verification.Notes for reviewers
Add local catalog paths to the filter as needed. Existing Renovate configurations need the preset added manually. A commented GitHub App token example is included for automatically triggering downstream validation, lint, or Terraform/OpenTofu workflows.
