Move all the debos files from jenkins/debian to a new directory in config/rootfs/debos in order to keep all the configuration under the same directory. Also drop the old README.md for debos rootfs, this is now covered by doc/kci_rootfs.md. Signed-off-by: Guillaume Tucker <guillaume.tucker@collabora.com>
