+Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling is a CNCF Sandbox project and follows to the [CNCF/LF trademark usage](https://www.linuxfoundation.org/trademark-usage/).
+
+When referring to Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling in short, it should be called "KEDA" with full upper-casing.
+
