in Coder, the /mcp does not able to scroll #305

What version of Code is running?
code 0.2.180
Which model were you using?
gpt-5-codex
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 25.0.0 arm64 arm
What steps can reproduce the bug?
first, add at least 8 mcps
and then start coder
use /mcp command to see all mcp
it shows only 6 mcps, and when use arrow key to navigate
What is the expected behavior?
with arrow key in the /mcp menu, i should be able to scroll to see additional items in the list
What do you see instead?
i can only see the first 6 items, and its fixed, arrow key does not scroll the menu to see other items
