Summary of Changes
This pull request (PR) merges the latest changes from the 2.0-dev branch since the last upmerge of this kind.
Currently there is only one change from PRs #281 and #333 .
The change from PR #328 has been ignored as the same change (with the right code style for this branch) has already been merged with #329 .
