The options page is empty

Hello.
Today, while installing a new system, I installed the latest Tran version on the latest Chrome and Vivaldi browsers. Want to adjust some settings but in both browsers Trans options page is empty. There is a js error present - https://i.imgur.com/LcyF4B7.png
Could you look into it, please?
