Chrome extension for quick translating with multitran.ru (or some other translate engines)

####Full installation:

1. npm i — install project dependencies
2. npm run start
3. Load your extension on Chrome following:
   1. Access chrome://extensions/
   2. Check Developer mode
   3. Click on Load unpacked extension
   4. Select the build folder.

Build also creates "build" folder that can be loaded as "unpacked extension" for local tests.
