Fixes #10281

Update misleading and vague pom.xml description tags:

  • Remove incorrect "legacy" from jetty-server description (it's the core server, not legacy)
  • Improve jetty-ee8-nested and jetty-ee9-nested descriptions to clarify they're nested implementations
  • Fix capitalization and minor wording in jetty-xml, jetty-jmx, jetty-jndi descriptions
  • Update jetty-plus, jetty-proxy, jetty-slf4j-impl descriptions for clarity
  • Update jetty-start description to clarify it belongs to jetty-home
