Enhancement Description
Looking through some of the online maven tooling, our artifact descriptions are being used for informational purposes, and we need more meaningful and correct artifact descriptions.

For example, jetty-server should not be described as

<description>The legacy jetty server artifact. </description>

legacy is not the correct message here!
