As technically gem is already compatible with Ruby 3, this PR just brings a bit of confidence on its compatibility.
Also it improves the development experience for those who use
Ruby >= 3.0by:rspecversion to Ruby 3 compatible one (includes Add tests and fix for ruby 3 keyword arguments issues rspec/rspec-mocks#1407 )
