aegir is not correctly shimming the lib and dist verisons #431

Description
introduced with aegir 7.0.0, @dignifiedquire is already on top of it.
Known bugs:
- Some ES6 features are not shimmed (i.e: level-up #420 (comment))
- Promise is not shimmed (i.e: https://www.irccloud.com/pastebin/wLPeIJjD/)
