fix(perc-content-explorer): PSFolderActionManager rawtypes residual (#2369)

Summary

Residual javac -Xlint batch for perc-content-explorer under #2045 / #2369: clear the PSFolderActionManager rawtypes/unchecked cluster (~79 → 0 on that file).

• Typed node-list APIs: add/copy/delete/move/purgeAllContent take Iterator<? extends PSNode>; loadChildren returns Iterator<PSNode>
• Generics on search listeners, CM1 site filter (List<PSNode>), nodesToFolders / foldersToNodes, display-format / site iterators
• Fixed latent move site-definition error aggregation (errorText += err instead of iter.hasNext() boolean)
• Behavioral tests: PSFolderActionManagerTest (filter, conversions, null rejection)
• Erlang pre-commit review: docs/ai-generated/code-reviews/issue-2369-psfolder-ui-rawtypes-erlang.md

Rebase complete: Rebased onto origin/main (resolved DIRTY/CONFLICTING).

Conflict in PSFolderActionManager: kept main's typed List<PSNode> itemNodes = searchEx.executeSearch(...) from #2378 (PSExecutableSearch already returns List<PSNode>) instead of the branch's unchecked cast. modules/DesktopContentExplorer unit tests green (PSFolderActionManagerTest 7/0).
