Slice goal

PublishingShell job detail chrome uses the message catalog for the strings that are still raw English on origin/main (Job details, Job ID, Edition, Error in StatusJobDetailPanel). Same pattern as other PublishingShell labels. One locale (default catalog), not a multi-locale TMX backfill.

Out of scope

Which jobs appear on Status (sibling). Log pagination. New job actions.

Acceptance criteria

• Those four labels render through message() / the UI catalog, not hardcoded English in the panel
• Existing job-detail Playwright surface still passes
• product-docs only if an operator-facing label list already documents these strings
• Update parent [8.2] Unified publishing — next React increments #4531 Agent progress section

Change class

One vertical UI increment. Do not split layers.

Leave unassigned. Do not add In Progress.
