The duplicate-name site-copy submit returned HTTP 500. The spec requires 400, 403, or 409 and the progress text HTTP <status>. Two earlier tests in the same file passed (menu control, wizard open).

Sibling surfaces on the same cell passed: tests/golden-unattended-smoke.spec.js (2), tests/login.spec.js (2), tests/publishing/itemTakedown.spec.js (3), tests/editor-host-numeric-fields.spec.js (4).

Maven on this tip was green before Playwright: projects/sitemanage Tests run: 2997 Failures: 0; WebUI Java Tests run: 69 Failures: 0 and Vitest 521 files / 4818 tests; modules/perc-qa-automation BUILD SUCCESS.
