Workbench inventory remainder. Relationship types already list/load/save category, cloning/revision flags, and user properties. Remaining: cloning field override editor (RelationshipTypeAdaptor.DESIGN_GAPS: "Cloning field override editor not supported via this API").

Slice goal

One user-visible increment: An Admin can browse and edit relationship-type cloning field overrides from Developer → Relationship types; Playwright + product-docs.

HARD BAN: do not split REST vs SPA vs Playwright. Do not implement effect-condition / execution-context write (slice 14) or content-type field label write (CT_FIELD_LABELS_WRITE, #4463 / PR #4469) in this PR.

In scope

  1. REST + sitemanage adaptor: expose cloning field overrides on relationship-type detail; Admin write with existing lock/403/409 peers.
  2. SPA relationship-type detail: editor for cloning field overrides (not GUID-only / hidden).
  3. Surface-filtered Playwright on QA H2 (perc-devctl qa-up → qa-health → TEST_CMS_URL → npm run test:surface).
  4. Update product-docs/8.2/admin/ Developer Relationship types page and product-docs/8.2/developer/rest.md. Drop the cloning-override gap from live designGaps when the editor ships.

Out of scope

Acceptance

  • GET relationship-type detail includes cloning field overrides
  • Admin can add/update/clear overrides with the same auth/lock semantics as peer relationship-type writes; GET round-trips
  • Unknown type 404; non-Admin 403; invalid payload 400
  • Playwright surface spec green on QA H2
  • Product-docs match shipped behavior; [8.2] Developer module — post-P0 follow-ons #1690 Agent progress updated; cloning-override designGaps entry dropped
