Recommended fix class:
- Ops first — correct removal is person field clear/archive/recycle + approve, then full site or Faculty Directory page publish; purge CDN.
- Product only if customer snapshot proves residual path (DirectoryIndexTouch missing on WF → H8; hard-coded state 7 / recycle → H6).
- Avoid rewriting Directory membership to AA children without product decision.
