Instead of having a list of invalid cl::sycl::* functions esimd-verifier now
has a list of valid cl::sycl::* functions that are allowed for use in ESIMD
context. All other SYCL functions are considered invalid.

@sndmitriev, thanks, the code looks good to me. Please add a negative test checking for some of the errors.

Unexpected pass "SYCL :: KernelAndProgram/undefined-symbol.cpp" on "SYCL / Linux / OCL GEN9 LLVM Test Suite" is unrelated to this change.
