Disabled some CHECK-lines in capability-arbitrary-precision-integers.ll because this test triggers a bug with integer overflow in the tranlsator and its sporadically fails on Windows.

The translator issue was fixed in KhronosGroup/SPIRV-LLVM-Translator#752 and the patch was included into the latest pulldown: #2602 Closing this one as it is not needed anymore, thanks for reminder |
