Fix of newlines in footers; towards fixing pagination for rlistings

Fixes the following issues

• Export_as_txt is failing for pagination, counting wrong for number of lines. #243
• More user-friendly error message for "\n" and catch of "\r" issue #232
• \n bug [filed by davide] rlistings#183
• True fix for Key column entry was empty for the first entry on a new page rlistings#155
• Tests for export_as_txt forgetting to wrap keycols scda.test#99

To merge with insightsengineering/rlistings#192 (tests and misc) and insightsengineering/rtables#813 (tests and removed titles/footers newline handling)
