Why this one-time PR is needed

The latest master updater orders Emulator releases by numeric version (PR #97), while gh-pages still has the earlier archive order. A live workflow run on the auto-merge maintenance branch generated 2,158 changed lines, exceeding the existing 2,000-line guard. The run stopped before creating or merging a PR.

What changed

This PR applies the current updater output to android-emulator.html and the Emulator summary in index.html. It places the latest numeric release first and establishes the new ordering as the published baseline. The 2,000-line guard is unchanged.

Verification

• All 217 Emulator releases have the same identities, URLs, sizes and checksums before and after; none were added or removed.
• All content outside the generated Emulator markers is unchanged.
• The generated order matches the updater's numeric version ordering.
• A second live-source run in check mode reported changed: false.
• git diff --check passed.

Please review and merge this PR before the auto-merge workflow PR #98. Once this baseline is in gh-pages, future small download updates can pass the existing diff guard and use the new merge gate.
