conjur logon fails with host issue regardless of host status

Describe the bug

2021/01/15 18:45:30 Failed to create ~/.conjurrc file. Invalid conjur url 'dap.joegarcia.dev:443'. Make sure hostname and port are correct

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. cybr conjur logon...
2. Receive error.

Expected behavior
Logon should be completed successfully.
