Describe the bug

­ is appearing in the tab title on webpages with hyphen breaks in title.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to The Importa­nce of Perip­heral Vision views article on the We Count development site
  2. View the tab title and the <title> tag in the <head> tag
  3. See error (&shy; is appearing)

Expected behavior

&shy; should not appear
