Describe the bug
Recommender status says "Waiting for evaluation" for recommenders that cannot be evaluated / are always active.

Expected behavior
If the recommender cannot be evaluated, "Waiting for evaluation" does not make sense.

Please complete the following information:

  • Version and build ID: 29.8
