It seems to occur when 0.17.2 has been merged to this one #1459 but I can't see the rapport with the error that seems to be that we try to import ibc for the sdk 0.43 (ibc has been moved from sdk to a separate repo from this version)

the reason is that the Bandchain packet package updated the cosmos-sdk version
