Addresses #507: output status and its Details button shared a horizontal stack with the centered transport controls. Status length and Details visibility changed the group's width, shifting controls during operation.
Give status its own reserved row with an always-available Details button. Fix the Take, Record, Stream and Virtual Camera button widths, so output configuration and label changes cannot resize the transport group. Retain existing status policy and detailed diagnostic paths.
Validation: production Release shell build passed (existing warnings, no errors); candidate inspected at restored 1426x893 and maximized 1920x1080 window sizes; output Details was accessible. Candidate closed and backed-up preferences restored with matching hashes. Long/changing failure-state visual qualification and other display scaling remain outstanding; this partial validation does not close #507.
Stacked on the planning branch from #787; the application change is confined to StudioWorkspace.xaml.
