Symptom. createDefaultModules() in native/src/modules/StubModules.cpp pushes FakeCaptureDevice ("DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K", "AJA Io 4K Plus") as the first member of the capture composite, not compile-gated. The WinUI shell hides it only because ShowInputRosterService.MapCoreOwnedCaptureDevice filters by id prefix. mac-shell filtering not verified.
Done when. The fake device is registered only in the stub tier (or tests), and the shell filter is no longer what keeps it off the operator's screen.
