[bug] error 409 and 422

Summary:

• Reactivating this tread about the 409 as minting with an allowlist will be needed for FIL-RetroPGF-2
• When I mint on Filecoin Calibration I get a 422 error instead of the 409
• With an allowlist: I get error 409 (on Sepolia and Filecoin Calibration)
• Without an allowlist: I get error 422 (only on Filecoin Calibration)

@bitbeckers seems like this is just a regression due to the refactor here: hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api@4f6beba#diff-0561d7420201eebe36def7a64df6b9b1c5dbf4ea4658f9d96d3fd440f559d70fR134, where we started checking for the wrong allowlist. Can't link to the specific line within that commit but it's line 134 in the MetadataController.ts file.

That should take care of the 409. I'm now getting 422's again, with the error message failed space/blob/add invocation. IIRC you spent some time working on this. I'm trying to find it on discord but I can't, am I doing double bug investigation from here on?

@Jipperism thanks for investigating. Stupid late night refactor on my end, sorry. Regarding the failed space/blob/add invocation are you getting this with the app, or are you testing with the API locally? If it's the API locally, the KEY-PROOF pair for web3storage expire yearly, when did you last update them?

@bitbeckers Updating the KEY-PROOF pair solves the 422, so I think we can consider this fixed after hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api#231 has been merged.
