The Filter option does not respond to clicks after transitioning counts between tabs.
Expected behavior
The Filter option should open upon clicking after moving counts between tabs, allowing users to filter counts as needed.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Login the app using admin account.
Navigate to the Assigned tab.
Move a count from Assigned to the Pending Review tab.
Attempt to click on the Filter option in the Pending Review tab.
Observe that the filter does not open.
Similarly, move a count from Pending Review to the Closed tab.
Attempt to click on the Filter option in the Closed tab.
Observe that the filter does not open.
