Use call_soon_threadsafe in face processing of image_processing #106168

Proposed change

As in #106137, we have used run_callback_threadsafe here, which has the overhead of creating a future. Since we throw it away anyway and we don't have to wait for the result (since the called function only generates an event), we can use call_soon_threadsafe at this point, which should improve the performance slightly but I do not have a nice graph like Nick has :).

Side note: The use of hass.async_add_job to fire the event doesn't seem needed.
