The issue was caused by passing the `dataset` parameter to `load_zarr()`, which does not expect it and can conflict with the internal Zarr group structure. This commit updates the `fit()` method to call `load_hdf5()` and `load_zarr()` separately, each with only the parameters they require. The unified `load_data_from_file` approach is kept for the loop, but the dataset argument is no longer passed to `load_zarr()`.
