Application rating system #7
Description
We need to have a rating system for applications, once the applications have been received, the applications can be rated (and commented) on by those with special access (organiser?)
- Rating out of 5 for each chosen question to rate
- Overview page to show highest ranked applications
- Invite top N users based on application rank
- If >=1 users in a team is invited, invite the whole team (togglable option)
- Popup to check before sending invites, summary to invite totals + rejects
- Route to get next application to review
- Select application based on < 2 reviews, oldest application first
