[Feature] Sopa2 with BIDcell/segger

Hi, @quentinblampey! Hope you been well.

As many others, I also been looking forward to utilize sopa2 on Spatial dataset. I wonder as soon as sopa2 is publically available, new segmentation tools like BIDcell or segger will be also available as options?

Yes, sorry for the delay, sopa v2 should be released soon (actually, it is ready, but I'm just waiting for the next version of SpatialData to be released).

Concerning BIDcell/segger, they'll not be available yet, but we're working on segger support. I don't have an expected date yet, but it should come!
