Move example data sets to a separate package

For some reason, when I made the change to using taxmap objects from the taxa package, the step "moving datasets to lazyload DB" during package building started taking a few minutes for some reason. Since I would like to add more larger datasets, the easiest solution might be to move all of the example datasets to a new package hosted on github.
