  • Add new SRE role to careers section of website
  • Remove references to Launch in favor of Gruntwork Platform

Matt - Josh also made changes in the word doc. Can we assume that you've reconciled those and this PR reflects what's slated to go out? We can always tweak this if we need to once we release.

Yes, Josh, Jim, and I had a bunch of back and forth. This now matches the latest version and I'm going to merge.
