While working on #376 I had copy-pasted the copyright notices replacing 2019 with 2020. After the PR got imported, I think some automatic import hook didn't recognize that as a valid copyright notice and prepended the 2019 copyright notice everywhere. This PR simply removes the 2020 notice and keeps the 2019 notice only.
